ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS

Notice is hereby given that the Tishomingo County School District will receive bid proposals for

2025 IP SCHOOL INTERCOM PROJECT–TCHS

The deadline for receipt of unpriced bid proposals is May 20, 2025, at 3:00 PM Central. Proposals, including the Specification Response Form and all other documents, may be submitted electronically at www.tcsdbids.com per the bid instructions.

This bid will be procured through a multi-step procurement process, including a Reverse Auction. Interested bidders will submit bid responses and technical proposals in order to participate in the electronic reverse auction. Pricing will only be accepted through the reverse auction process per the instructions in the bid package. Tishomingo County School District encourages vendor participation in this multi-step process. Complete instructions are provided in the bid package.

A Mandatory Meeting/Walkthrough is required on May 13, 2025, at 9:00 AM Central at Tishomingo County High School (TCHS) at 701 Hwy 72, Iuka, MS 38852. The Parts list will be provided to all participants at the meeting. Unpriced bid specifications must be submitted at www.tcsdbids.com by 3:00 PM CST on May 20, 2025.

Specifications and detailed instructions regarding the bid process may be obtained by visiting the website www.tcsdbids.com. Bidding will be held by Electronic Reverse Auction process on May 23, 2025, at 1:00 PM Central per the detailed bid instructions.
